MONIHAN'S SPEAKEASY COCKTAIL
During prohibition, bartenders used sweet juices to mask the unsavory flavor of bathtub gin.  Made from the prohibition-era recipe found during the hotel's renovation, we use only the finest spirits to make Monihan's Speakeasy Cocktail and serve it in a bathtub.  Drink the cocktail and keep the tub.  12.50
